HPE- Service Pack for ProLiant (SPP) Version 2019.09.0
The Service Pack for ProLiant (SPP) is a comprehensive systems software and firmware update solution, which is delivered as a single ISO image. This solution uses Smart Update Manager (SUM) as the deployment tool and is tested on all HPE ProLiant Gen9 and Gen10 servers as defined in the Service Pack for ProLiant Server Support Guide found at www.hpe.com/servers/spp/documentation.
Release Summary:
The 2019.09.0 SPP Production release contains components supporting the ProLiant and Apollo Gen9 and Gen10 server platforms and options. For Synergy, please review the information at www.hpe.com/downloads/synergy.
The 2019.09.0 SPP Production release provides support for:
- VMware ESXi 6.5 U3
- VMware ESXi 6.7 U3, U2
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8, 7.7
- SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 15 SP1
- Smart Update Manager 8.4.5
This SPP 2019.09.0 release supersedes the SPP 2019.03.1.
Note that the disk size is larger than a DVD5 and so you should use a DVD9 if you decide to burn it to DVD. If you also want to use a flash drive for installation, you can use the HPE USB Key Utility to write this file to the flash drive. The tool is available for free from both the HPE official site and in the usb \ hpusbkey folder inside the ISO file.
