All I/O will temporarily be queued until a path to the volume is reestablished.” is generated on a Windows server that is a member of a Windows Server 2012 or Windows Server 2012 R2 failover cluster. All connectivity is lost to the LUN on the SAN. Access to the cluster shared volume is no longer available.
Nôm nay đây là log event views của WIndows trả về lỗi event ID 5120 báo không có quyền truy cập disk CSV nhé. Cứ 5- 10 phút lose access disk.
Cách giải quyết như sau
- Đảm bảo tất cả driver card mạng và firmware được update mới nhất.
- Đảm bảo tất cả driver và firmware của card FC HBA kết nối SAN được mới nhất
- Cập nhật San Swicth firmware mới nhất.
- Cập nhật hoặc thoát bỏ chương trình bảo vệ tường lửa anti virus cài trên server.
- Các host Clutering cần cập nhật bản vá lỗi mới nhất Windows Server 2012. Các link được tham khảo cho việc giải quyết có thể tìm thấy tại đây

- Nếu tất cả gợi ý trên không giải quyết được. Các bạn có thể remove disk CSV trên giao diện quản lý FCM và tạo lại CSV dùng chung cho 2 host nhé.
